Exploration is not always where we expect it ...

On this volunteer project of fitness shooting, it takes the form of alterations, sculpted bodies, sweat and smiles.

Filming in a gym is far from our usual flights to the peaks. This is exactly the challenge ... to get out of his comfort zone!

It's also a story of friendship is a push to a facility that needs it.

You know what? In the end, the most impressive was not the turns of the shoulders but the caring mutual help between practitioners of all ages, all levels and all horizons.

Here again, the sport brings together.

Sur ce projet bénévole de tournage fitness, elle revêt la forme d’altères, de corps sculptés, de sueur et de sourires.

Filmer dans une salle de fitness est loin de nos habituels envolés vers les sommets. C’est justement là tout le défi...Celui de sortir de sa zone de confort!

C’est aussi une histoire d’amitié est un coup de pousse à un établissement qui en a besoin.

Vous savez quoi? Au final, le plus impressionnant n’a pas été les tours d’épaules mais l’entraide bienveillante entre pratiquants de tous âge, tous niveaux et tous horizon.

Ici encore, le sport rassemble.
